“Suzanne is always motivating me to do my best”
I really liked it! Suzanne has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and the impact on your body. She is very hands on, for example she came to cook at my place one day so I could see how important it is to make home cooked meals. We also went to an organic supermarket together to look at food options. Suzanne is always motivating me to do my best and she was very approachable whenever I needed help or advice.

What are the successes?
I definitely cook more often, Suzanne has helped me with finding easy, healthy and tasty recipes. I also have more energy and immediately notice that when I eat less healthy (e.a. processed foods and alcohol) my energy levels drop and I feel less good in my body.
Halfway through the process I realised that in order to feel good in my body I did want to lose some weight, so we focussed on this more. I then lost 6 kgs in about 6 weeks, which definitely motivated me to keep up this lifestyle.
Would you recommend Suzanne to others and why?
I definitely would! I think Suzanne can really help people turn their lifestyle around when they need it. She also looks at you as a person instead of just seeing you as another client and is willing to dig deeper whenever you feel stuck.

Suzanne is a true professional. She gave me useful tips and tricks that are easy to implement in my daily life. She is empathetic to my struggles yet she manoeuvres and guides me through them instead of avoiding them or offering me a quick fix. That in and of itself helped me tremendously and will help me navigate obstacles thrown at me in the future.

Yes, 100%. She is structured, focused, a source of trustful knowledge and has impacted not only my health but my entire life. The six months we worked together have flown by and I am considering renewing my program. It is great to have an accountability partner that helps me to prioritise my health and hence my happiness.
